We are governed by a 15-member Board of Directors who are responsible
for the general oversight of the agency including:
- organizational operations
- human resources
- finance
- planning
- community relations.
Members of the Board are elected for 3 year terms. They may be re-elected
for a second 3 year term.
The Board meets monthly on the 3 rd Wednesday of each month at 4:30
p.m.
